HLB Services · Commercial lawn & landscape care
Request a commercial lawn care & landscaping bid.
Tell us about your property, maintenance requirements and bid schedule. Start a proposal conversation for commercial grounds in Conroe and Montgomery, Texas.
For property managers, business owners, facility teams and community representatives.
Give your property a clear scope
Routine maintenance, a one-time project, or both.
Commercial properties need more than a price for cutting grass. Maintained areas, landscape beds, access, pedestrian activity, debris handling and seasonal priorities all affect the work. Share what matters at your property so those requirements can be discussed before a proposal is prepared.
Use this page for a single property or a request involving multiple locations. If you have a formal request for proposal, include its deadline and a shareable document link. If your scope is still developing, describe your priorities and what you would like improved.
Tell us what needs to be covered
Build the request around your grounds.
Lawn maintenance
Identify turf areas, desired mowing frequency, edging, trimming and paved areas that need clippings cleared. Mention slopes, obstacles, fenced areas and any initial overgrowth.
Beds, shrubs & seasonal work
Describe bed weeding, shrub trimming, leaf removal, mulch renewal and seasonal cleanup. Identify tasks you want included routinely and work you prefer quoted separately.
Landscape improvements
Outline planting, bed updates, sod or other landscape changes. Include quantities or approximate areas if known, material preferences and the result you want.
Requested services, treatment requirements and project availability must be confirmed. Selection on the form does not establish an included service.
Help us understand the job
Have a scope or property photos?
A marked site plan, recent photos or an existing scope can help show what must be maintained. Distinguish total parcel size from the actual turf and landscape area; they are often different.
You can include a document-sharing link in the form or email files to hlbsvcs@gmail.com. Use the property name in the subject so your documents can be matched to the request.
Details worth including
- Property boundaries and areas excluded from service

- Current landscape condition and cleanup needs
- Desired visit frequency and seasonal priorities

Do not send payment information, tenant records, alarm details or gate access codes through this form.

After your request
From property details to a defined proposal.
Confirm the basics.
Your request provides the starting details for discussing location, requested work, timing and service availability. Additional information may be needed.
Define the work.
Discuss maintained areas, frequency, access, disposal, material needs and any site review. Separate recurring tasks from initial cleanup and enhancements.
Review before scheduling.
When a proposal is offered, review its scope, exclusions, pricing and terms. Work begins only after the necessary agreement and scheduling are confirmed.
Common bid questions
Know what to expect.
Can I submit a formal RFP or bid package?
Yes. Include a shareable document link, the submission deadline and any required site-walk date. You may also email documents to hlbsvcs@gmail.com with the property name. Bid participation and the ability to meet your deadline must be confirmed.
Do I need exact acreage before contacting you?
No. Give an approximate maintained area if you know it. Separate the lawn and landscape area from the total parcel size, and provide a site plan or photos when available. Measurements and scope may need verification.
Can we request both recurring care and one-time improvements?
Yes. Identify the recurring tasks and describe cleanup or landscape enhancements separately. That makes it easier to discuss what belongs in the routine maintenance scope and what should receive separate pricing.
Can I request pricing for multiple properties?
Yes. List each property location and describe which services apply to each. Coverage, access, scope and availability need to be assessed for the individual locations.
Can you provide insurance or vendor paperwork?
List the documents, coverage limits, endorsements or onboarding requirements your organization needs. HLB Services must confirm which requirements can be met before acceptance. Do not assume a requirement is satisfied by submitting this form.
Does submitting this request reserve a service date?
No. The request begins a conversation. Service coverage, proposal scope, pricing, contractual requirements and scheduling must be confirmed before work is booked.
How soon will a proposal be ready?
Proposal timing depends on the scope, property information, any site review and current availability. Include your deadline, but do not assume it can be met until HLB Services confirms it.
